Nomination Process — Other Government Departments

Participation in the Canadian Security Studies Programme (CSSP) is coordinated by the Canadian Defence Academy (CDA) of the Department of National Defence. Formal letters inviting the participation of selected government departments will be forwarded in the near future.

To seek participation in the CSSP, departments are asked to forward a brief letter of nomination to the CDA point of contact listed below. The letter of nomination must include the candidate’s name, email address, and telephone number, as well as a short biography. If an organization is nominating more than one candidate, the letter of nomination must identify candidates in priority.

Departmental responses to letters of invitation would be appreciated as soon as administratively possible. Nominations will be accepted until 30 March 2018. Successful candidates will be advised of their selection no later than 8 April 2018. Letters of nomination should be sent directly by mail to the attention of:
